# Introduction

> One agent, answering on your website, WhatsApp and Telegram — from your own material.

ThinnestAI puts an AI agent in front of your customers on the channels they
already use, answering from material you give it, and handing your team a name
and a reason to call when the conversation is worth following up.

## What it actually does

answer it says so rather than inventing one.

## The part worth reading twice

Most support bots answer a question and the visitor leaves. This one answers the
question **and** the business ends up with somebody to call back.

And it does not go quiet on you. If a model provider fails mid-conversation the
agent falls back to another one rather than going silent, because a customer
staring at a dead chat window is worse than a slightly slower reply.

## Languages

37 languages, including **all 22 languages of the Eighth Schedule** — Assamese,
Bodo, Dogri, Konkani, Maithili, Manipuri, Santali and the rest — each written in
its own script in the picker.

Your knowledge stays in one language. The agent translates as it answers, so
there is no separate knowledge base to maintain per language.

<Note>
Some things this platform is often asked for are **not** built: there is no
OCR for scanned documents, no catalogue browsing and no billing. Where a limit
exists, these pages say so on the page rather than in a footnote.

Your agent **does** answer phone calls now — see [Voice](/channels/voice).
