# White label

> Sell AI voice and WhatsApp agents to your clients as your own product — your name, your logo, your domain, your prices.

White label lets an agency resell ThinnestAI under its own brand. Each of your
clients gets a workspace of its own, on your domain, with your name and logo on
every page and every email. Your clients never see ours.

<Note>
  White label comes with the **Scale** plan (and Enterprise). It is set up from
  your **main** workspace by one of its owners or admins — the **White label**
  item in the sidebar.
</Note>

## What you get

<CardGroup cols={2}>
  <Card title="A workspace per client" icon="building">
    Each client has its own login, agents, contacts, conversations and usage.
    You can open any of them.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Your brand" icon="palette">
    Your product name, logo and colour on every page your clients see, and on
    the email they receive.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Your domain" icon="globe">
    `app.yourcompany.com` instead of ours, with HTTPS set up for you.
  </Card>

  <Card title="Your prices" icon="indian-rupee-sign">
    Your own prices on top of ours, paid into your own Razorpay account. You
    keep the difference.
  </Card>
</CardGroup>

## How it fits together

1. **You** are on Scale. Your main workspace is where you manage everything.
2. **Your clients** each get a workspace under yours — up to 99 of them (Scale
   includes 100 workspaces, and yours is one).
3. **Your clients are like our customers.** Each has its own plan — starting
   on a free trial you set — and its own call lines.
4. **Your clients pay you**, at your prices, through your Razorpay. **We charge
   you** our prices for what they use, from your balance.

## Setting up

The **Overview** tab under White label is a checklist of these steps, and ticks
each one off as you go:

<Steps>
  <Step title="Your brand">
    Name, logo and colour. See [Brand and domains](/white-label/brand-and-domains).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your domain">
    Two DNS records, and we check them for you. No domain yet? Start on a free
    preview address.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your sign-in check">
    Your own Cloudflare Turnstile, so people can sign in on your domain.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your email">
    Your own Resend sender, so client email comes from your domain.
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your prices">
    Connect Razorpay and set your markups. See [Your prices](/white-label/prices).
  </Step>

  <Step title="Your first client">
    Create a workspace for them, or let them sign up on your domain. See
    [Clients](/white-label/clients).
  </Step>
</Steps>

## What your clients see

* Your name, logo and colour — on the console, the sign-in page, share links
  and every email.
* Your domain in the address bar.
* Their balance, plan and prices **in your prices**, and a Billing page that
  pays you.
* On your domain, sign-in is by email. "Sign in with Google" and LinkedIn are
  not offered there, because their consent screens would name us.

## Not available yet

* Your own plans with your own feature limits. Clients get our Pro or Scale
  features, at your price.
* Yearly plans for clients — monthly only.
* Client payments in dollars. Clients pay you in rupees.
* Automatic top-up for clients.
