Renames the workspace or changes its time zone, or both. The name appears in invitation emails, so it follows the rules for a person’s name: 2 to 80 characters (a longer one is refused with a 400), no web or email address, no markup. Every date in the console is shown in the time zone. The slug never changes. Needs a full key.
