Every client you resell to gets a workspace of its own. It is a full workspace — agents, channels, contacts, inbox, campaigns, usage — with its own login and its own people. You manage the list from White label → Clients.

Adding a client

Two ways:
  • Create it yourself. Under New client, give the workspace a name and, optionally, the email addresses of the people who should have access. They are invited by email, from your sender and in your brand. The workspace starts with a first agent ready to set up.
  • Let them sign up. On your main domain you can switch sign-up on (see Brand and domains). Anyone who signs up there becomes one of your clients.
You are an admin of every client workspace. Open it from the Clients list to set things up for them, and use its own Members page to invite or remove their people.

Sharing your call lines

Scale’s concurrent call lines are one pool for you and all your clients — not a full set each. Against each client, Call lines sets how many of the pool that client may use at once:
  • Blank — up to all of them.
  • A number — at most that many at a time.
  • 0 — calling is off for that client.
A client that reaches its share is told the lines are busy; the call is not made. Need more lines in the pool? Get in touch.

Each client’s money

Each row shows the client’s balance, and what it has been charged this month for usage alongside what that usage cost you — the difference is yours.
  • Add credit puts money in a client’s balance by hand. Use it if you bill a client some other way (an invoice, a bank transfer) instead of through your Razorpay. Nothing is charged to you when you add credit; you are charged our price as the client uses it.
  • A client can also add money itself, from its Billing page, once you have connected Razorpay. See Your prices.

When your balance runs out

Everything your clients use is charged to your balance at our prices. When your available balance reaches zero, your clients’ calls, campaigns and new phone numbers stop — whatever is in their own balances — and their Billing page tells them service is paused. Agent replies keep answering, as they do on every plan. You are warned before it happens: a notice when your balance runs low, and another when it is empty. Money set aside for phone numbers renewing in the next few days does not count as available.
