ThinnestAI runs as two sites. They are separate: an account on one does not exist on the other, and nothing moves between them.

Choosing

On the sign-up and log-in pages, a line under the heading names the region you are on — India or United Kingdom — with a Change link that opens the same page on the other site. If it looks like you are in the other region, a line there says so and offers to switch. It is only a suggestion: you can sign up on either.
Pick the site where your customers and your data should live. You cannot move an account, an agent or a wallet from one site to the other afterwards; to change, you create a new account on the other site and set it up again.

What you pay in

On the international site a workspace is billed in US dollars. Prices, your wallet, invoices and the WhatsApp message rates on the Usage page all appear in dollars, never converted from rupees. The India site bills in rupees only.

Voices

The international site has one voice tier, Studio, with ten British voices — five women and five men — chosen for answering the phone for a business. The list and the default are the same for everyone there. Choose one on the Playground, or through the API’s List Voices and the agent’s voice setting. See Voice.

Phone numbers

On the international site you bring a number you already own and point it at your agent; buying a number from us there is coming soon. Whatever site you are on, give every number with its country code. See Phone numbers.

WhatsApp

Messages are priced from Meta’s own published rates for the country they go to, in your workspace’s currency. You pay Meta directly for messages sent from your own WhatsApp account; what we add is our platform fee. See WhatsApp windows and pricing.

Resellers

On the international site a white-label reseller sets prices in dollars and connects its own Dodo Payments account to be paid by its clients. See Your prices.
