White label lets an agency resell ThinnestAI under its own brand. Each of your clients gets a workspace of its own, on your domain, with your name and logo on every page and every email. Your clients never see ours.
White label comes with the Scale plan (and Enterprise). It is set up from your main workspace by one of its owners or admins — the White label item in the sidebar.

What you get

A workspace per client

Each client has its own login, agents, contacts, conversations and usage. You can open any of them.

Your brand

Your product name, logo and colour on every page your clients see, and on the email they receive.

Your domain

app.yourcompany.com instead of ours, with HTTPS set up for you.

Your prices

Your own prices on top of ours, paid into your own Razorpay account. You keep the difference.

How it fits together

  1. You are on Scale. Your main workspace is where you manage everything.
  2. Your clients each get a workspace under yours — up to 99 of them (Scale includes 100 workspaces, and yours is one).
  3. Your call lines are shared. Scale’s concurrent call lines are one pool for you and all your clients, and you decide each client’s share.
  4. Your clients pay you, at your prices, through your Razorpay. We charge you our prices for what they use, from your balance.

Setting up

Your brand

Two DNS records, and we check them for you. No domain yet? Start on a free preview address.

Your own Cloudflare Turnstile, so people can sign in on your domain.

Create a workspace for them, or let them sign up on your domain. See Clients.

What your clients see

  • Your name, logo and colour — on the console, the sign-in page, share links and every email.
  • Your domain in the address bar.
  • Their balance, plan and prices in your prices, and a Billing page that pays you.
  • On your domain, sign-in is by email. “Sign in with Google” and LinkedIn are not offered there, because their consent screens would name us.

  • Your own plans with your own feature limits. Clients get our Pro or Scale features, at your price.
